Senior Account Supervisor

Robert Hart is a senior account supervisor at Qorvis. Based in Riyadh, KSA, he leads, supports and develops communication and policy-based plans for Saudi based clients.

Hart brings a strong background in strategic communications and public advocacy to the group and has gained significant relationship-building, project management and implementation skills through his previous experiences. Before joining Qorvis, Hart began his career working on the Hill for a Member of the House Majority Leadership before moving to South Carolina to manage multiple successful local and state-wide political campaigns. After the 2018 campaign cycle, he joined McGuireWoods Consulting as a political field director for the successful merger of South Carolina’s state-owned utility company, SCANA, and Virginia based utility company Dominion Energy. Upon the completion of the merger, he spent time running grass-roots and grass-tops campaigns for industry leading healthcare clients on major Medicare reform initiatives.

While Hart offers a unique experience of strategic communications and coalition building, he also offers a deep knowledge of geopolitical dynamics, specifically in the areas of cultural diplomacy between contested religious sites in the Middle East, Middle East politics and Trans-Atlantic partnerships. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College in International Affairs and Religious Studies and a master’s degree from the University of Glasgow in International Relations where he graduated with merit.
